Responsible for the profitable operation of pipeline, field processing, treating units and field assets. Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental policies and government regulations. Provides strategic direction and oversight for company gathering/pipeline and related assets. Plans, directs and coordinates activities concerned with the operation, repair, maintenance and construction of facilities, equipment, buildings and grounds to minimize interruption and improve operational efficiency. Coordinates inspections, approvals and licensing associated with facility. Insures safety codes and may develop procedures and conduct basic training sessions for emergencies response procedures, hazardous material handling. May also manage facility security and office services employees.

Major Duties/Responsibilities & Expectations:

  • Provide leadership and direction as an integral part of the management team
  • Develop all operating budgets and strategies and assist with development and implementation of capital budget.
  • Review and approve engineering, construction, operating plans.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with peers, customers, partners, government agencies, community leaders, contractors and vendors.
  • Maximize returns on midstream pipeline and field assets by optimizing operations to control costs, ensure timely connection of wells, ensure continuous flow of products and Minimize operations costs
  • Manage midstream pipeline and field operations assets
  • May manage construction, measurement, ROW, and maintenance operations

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

Experience 12 years industry experience with at least 5 years Midstream experience and at least 5 years supervisory experience.

Education A high school education or GED
