My London based client are looking for an individual who is passionate and enthusiastic about clean technology to join their dynamic fast paced workplace. My client is a demand side operator in the UK energy industry and are in need of an Operations Support Manager within their growing office team.

 

The Operations Support Manager role provides administrative, organisational and operational support for all the activities of the business. Working with both the Commercial and Technology teams, key responsibilities will be tracking and assisting in addressing customer technical issues, coordinating necessary support activities, tracking resource allocation across customer-visible activities, hardware stock management and shipping, data contracts handling, operational support (e.g. setup and testing of new sites), assist in organising events, purchasing, support on grant projects etc.

 

Requirements:

  • Years of relevant experience: 1+ years.
  • Languages: Fluency in English; working knowledge of foreign languages advantageous but not required (e.g. German, French)
  • Education level: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or similar.
  • Must be able to work core office hours 9am-6pm.
