HR Payroll Support is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated professional with extensive knowledge and experience in PeopleSoft HCM applications.
Must possess an in depth understanding of PeopleSoft HCM releases 9.0 or higher.
A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years PeopleSoft HCM experience is required. Candidates without a degree must have a minimum 10 years PeopleSoft HCM experience.
*Relevant work experience should include a minimum of 4 years PeopleSoft Benefits Administration, with a working knowledge of HIPAA interface files and leave accrual processing, Workforce Administration, and Benefits functional support experience.
*Participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle, starting with requirements analysis and progressing through functional design, system development, and testing and system implementation.
*Review and analyze the business environment and identify needed improvements.
*Work closely with our development team to identify trends, potential system problems and resolutions.
*Experience assessing business requirements, developing queries, analyzing data, writing functional specifications, troubleshooting system defects, conducting testing and maintaining system configurations is required.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) is also required.
*Hands-on experience in writing SQL queries in Oracle preferred.
