Job description

We are looking for a high-performing, self-motivated, strategic Power Generation Sales Manager / Engineer to join our China Sales Team. The selected individual will be responsible for all new equipment sales related activities from sales lead generation, planning, implementing and directing the Power Generation Business sales activities to meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth
targets, keeping our company competitive and innovative.

Responsibilities:
· All new equipment sales related activities for the Power Generation Sector, including direct technical and commercial sales of turbomachinery systems, solutions and construction services
· Plan the sales strategies and develop relationships with potential new customers within the assigned region
· Provide exceptional customer support that will continually improve the relationship
· Travel to customer locations to ensure close and regular face to face contacts
· Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager, prepare commercial and technical proposals
· Represent the company in negotiations with potential customers
· Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
· Maintains good cross-discipline relationships with internal technical staff and other colleagues to meet customer's needs and expectations

Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
· At least three years of proven track records in meeting sales targets in the power generation market, ideally with Turbomachinery applications
· Strong knowledge of turbomachinery principles and applications related to our business
· Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, ability to understand customer and market requirements thoroughly
· Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills
· Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese
· Exceptional customer service skills including perseverance and deliver on commitments and to influence the customer to select our products
· Ability to work independently and efficiently with little direct supervision
· Willingness to travel 70% or more
