My client are a global, leading company in the Utilities sector, looking for a Power Systems Engineer.
Main Responsibilities:
.Carry out a range of power system studies and analyses to investigate and justify grid investments; you will need to be skilled at using: PSSE/PowerFactory/Plexos/PSCAD
· Approach problem solving with an innovative mindset, being open to a wide range of technology solutions
· Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholder engagement to senior management level
You should have:
· A degree in electrical engineering preferably with a focus on Power Systems
· Excellent knowledge of electrical power systems and proven experience carrying out power system modelling and analysis
. Experience with Python is an advantage
