Title: Procurement Administrator
Role and Responsibilities:
-Responsible for processing special order and liaising with Suppliers & sales, you will work closely with various departments to ensure that correct levels of stock are ordered and all queries are resolved.
-Working to strict deadlines and working as part of a team.
-Confident in both telephone manner and the use of computers is a must for this role.
-Keep Vendor details up-date with the relevant process module.
-Use all SAP report transactions.
-Resolve Vendor invoice disputes.
-Communicate to Vendors & liaise with Warehouse.
-Procurement Background - MRP experience
-Pricing experience & Supplier invoice resolutions
-Able to get to location Rochdale
