Programme Manager

Location: East or West Midlands, with extensive UK travel.

Role: Perm / Full-Time

Client: Global energy solutions provider.

Requirement: Programme Manager to join the Change and Transformation team.

Working with both an IT delivery team and various other business sponsors you will define, plan and deliver significant multifaceted programmes. It is therefore crucial you hold the experience required in order for us to meet our strategic targets.

The wider Change and Transformation team work on a varied set of projects; aimed at both B2B and B2C - as well as wider areas of the business which undertake transformational change. All with a view to developing new and exciting proposals, utilising digitally-enabled channels.

Key to success in this role will be providing leadership and coaching for members of your team. The capability to challenge but also encourage excellence in them is crucial.

This role represents a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to play a key role in one of our most dynamic and fast paced business areas. Here you will be able to make an impact on some of our most important, high profile and prominent programmes.

Must have:

*Experience and success in shaping large, complex change programmes
*PRINCE 2 Practioner or APMP certification
*Knowledge of programme, project and PMO methodologies (including Agile)

Preferable to have:

*Degree (or equivalent) educated
