Project Administrator

The successful candidate will support a project team on an HVDC construction site 25 minutes outside of Winnipeg downtown.

Responsibilities:
  • Purchase, receive and store the office supplies - ensuring that basic supplies are always available
  • Support the office team with arranging meeting rooms and ordering food
  • Arrange conference calls and take minutes of meeting
  • Support project team with various administrative tasks including issuing of reports and support in creating presentations
  • Support the project team with document control
  • Greet and direct clients, suppliers and visitors to the organization in a professional and friendly manner
  • Sort incoming mail and deliveries for distribution
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff
  • Arrange on and off-boarding of project delegates in form of arranging hotel, apartment, phone, car, PPE, trainings, travel arrangements accommodations, coordination with HR and IHR for any required support
  • Support colleagues with Expense reports including process for lost receipts

Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in business or office management
  • 1-3 years' experience in an office setting
  • Proficiency with MS office: Word - Excel - PowerPoint - Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English language
  • Experience with work on construction sites
  • Mobility is required as the work site is 25 minutes outside of Winnipeg
