Job Title: Document controller/ Project Assistant
Location: Grangemouth
Hourly Rate: £15.00
Duration: Initial 6 months with potential to extend or go permanent

Must pass disclosure Scotland.
Own vehicle is essential due to location of the site.

Main responsibilities:
*Manage the generation, transmittal, collation and archiving of all Project documentation in accordance with Document Control processes and procedures, and project specifications, including the storage of documents in Project Vision or and / or specific restricted project filing systems (if required by Customer)
*Ensure a comprehensive and accurate record is kept of all Project official documentation
*Coordinate and work with other similar skilled Project Document Controllers across the project operations function to ensure consistency of training, process, and enforcement of document control procedures
*Supports the Project Team within the guidelines established by the Project Manager and the standard Policies and procedures

*Minimum 2 years' experience in administration, customer service, and document control for a large project
*Experience of preparing documents, specifications, and drawings for issue
*Experience in a large project/unstructured/changing environment would be a distinct advantage
*Experienced at working in a customer facing environment
*Attentive to detail and patient when resolving requirements from different sources
*Computer literate, Microsoft excel/ word/ access (not essential)/acrobat
*Able to take on new technologies
*Working in a site environment, maybe multi office based

Pay Rate £15.00 per hour
Disclosure Scotland required
Needs to have own car due to location of site
