An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join an established consultancy with 3 offices in the UK as a Project Director within the M&E division. The reason for this position is because one of the companies focuses this year is to focus on growing and building an M&E division in the Berkshire office. Therefore, you will need experience leading teams, supervising staff, developing design work, bringing work in, general management and excellent client liaison skills.

This is perfect for someone who is looking for a new opportunity as a Project Director who is not going to get the career progression they need. Role responsibilities-

*Providing advice to the client on matters
*Have the potential to bring along business with you
*Supervise staff
*Develop design work
*Excellent client liaison skills
*General management skills

Role requirements-

*Building services related degree, chartered or working towards)/ HNC or HND with appropriate design experience will be considered
*Preferably chartered
*15 years' or more of design experience
*Understand clients objectives and requirements
*Membership of a professional engineering body
*Excellent client facing and management skills
*Good knowledge of statutory legislation and standards
*Commercial awareness and acumen
*Ability to potentially bring business along with you
