Report to the Project Manager on wind and solar energy projects. Help coordinate, plan, and lead all activities associated with the overall execution of a project. Participate in the development/estimating of the project and aid in its organization, scheduling, and implementation. Support project administration to ensure project is constructed in accordance with schedule, budget, and design.
Duties include, contract administration, schedule management, preparation of spreadsheets & reports, maintaining budget & cost reports, financial analysis, and implementation of corrective measures, risk management, safety, and quality control.

Supervise project implementation in collaboration with the Project Manager during planning and construction to assure quality and execution according to schedule;
Take a leadership role in the technical response to proposals to design and deliver photovoltaic projects;


A degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, construction management, or a related engineering science
At least 3 years of experience as an engineer in the solar industry
Relevant work experience in the design and development of power plants (in particular solar or wind power plants)
Experience with Primavera(or equivalent)
Experience with photovoltaic performance modeling tools
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with MS Project, Bluebeam
Knowledge of the National Electric Code
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Assertive, able to cope with pressure, a team player
Previous experience managing projects from initial design to installation and execution is preferred.
Experience in permitting processes with local authorities having jurisdiction is preferred
