Job Title: Project Management Office Analyst
Location: London
Salary: Up to £350 per day (£43.75 per hour)

Under the general direction of the Senior Project Manager, the PMO Analyst is responsible for performing PMO tasks in accordance with the project management standards as agreed with the client.


- Implement approved project management standards to effectively and efficiently meet project objectives
- Assist with project management tasks relating to planning, dependency management, risk management, issue management, cost management, resource management and change control
- Maintain resource plan and reporting
- Ensure timesheets are submitted on time by all Honeywell Movilizer team members
- Assist the senior project manager in the preparation of status reports and presentations on project activities for various stakeholders
- Liaise with the client's project management office to arrange onboarding of Honeywell Movilizer resources in line with the client's joiners, movers and leavers process
- Liaise with Honeywell Movilizer Mannheim Germany office to arrange logistics around travel, flights and accommodation in London UK for Honeywell employees
- Promote PMO best practice and professional ways of working

Skills and experience:

- Education: University Degree
- Certified PMO qualification (Prince 2 / P3O practitioner will be a recommendation)
- Ability to manage stakeholders effectively
- Successful track record and more than 5 years relevant experience in a global Project Management Office
