Our client is looking for a Project Manager for change management projects as well as business transformation within a programme covering part or all of the full development life cycle (i.e. from feasibility through to handover of system),need to be accountable for project resources typically spread across one large project or a number of projects within a program or portfolio with respect to planning and delivery

Ideally candidate will be directly accountable for managing other project stakeholders through appropriate matrix management and will ensure subordinate are managing stakeholders effectively

As the PM needs to define the scope of the project, manage project objectives, risks, issues and resources, ensure project deliverable are capable of achieving the benefits defined in the project proposal, charter or Expenditure Authority Proposal, he/she should have Graduate qualifications in computer science or engineering with at east 8-12 years of experience in an IT environment of large firm.

Proven track record of delivery over at least two years as a IT Project Manager and understand the software development lifecycle and in depth experience of part of it are the MUST.

Ideally be certified from PMI and/or in other PM methodologies and demonstrate a practical awareness of commercial and contractual issues. As PM needs to communicate at all levels within the organisation so be proficient in English and Putonghua, with Cantonese being a plus
