Our client, an environmental engineering firm, serving the nations public and private clients, is seeking a Senior Project Manager of Solid Waste for their St. Louis operations. This is a small office that this company sees huge potential to grow! This role is actually an addition to this team, this isn't a backfill or current vacancy that someone has left. This role has been created due to the MASSIVE amount of opportunity our client sees in the Midwestern region and needs a skilled project management expert to lead the way! Are you up for it? The candidate who will serve best as the Senior Project Manager will serve across three major sectors including Project, Business Development and Administrative duties:

*Providing not only technical participation, but guiding projects to completion
*Overseeing and directing our clients project work in accordance with their standards
*Maintaining current client relationships (which our client is waiting to introduce you to) as well as building new relationships
*Identifying revenue and growth goals and developing and executing business development activities to meet those
*Identifying areas of practice
*Leading by example

This opportunity is for a go-getter. You are to provide leadership within their Midwest region. This role will require occasional overnight travel, but most travel will be centered within the Midwest territory.

Can you deliver quality products to clients whilst implementing and abiding by budget and profitability goals? The practice areas you identify will contain:

*Storm water management
*Brownfield remediation
*Transfer station feasibility, compliance and design
*Contaminated site remediation
*Oil/gas regulatory compliance and design
*Recycling, anaerobic digestion, composting, feasibility design and compliance
*Landfill gas feasibility, design and compliance


Qualifications include but are not limited to:
*8+ years of consultancy experience in environmental field services
*Experience dealing with regulatory agencies
*Working knowledge of state and federal environmental permitting processes and regulations
*Existing relationships in the St. Louis area highly preferred however, the company does currently have relationships to introduce you to
*Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG)
*Bachelor's degree in science related engineering discipline (environmental, civil, chemical, geology, etc.)
