Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für alle Einkaufsthemen bei Produktentwicklungsprojekten in Berlin
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit als Projektmitglied in agilen Entwicklungsprojekten mit agilem Mindset
  • Kostentransparenzverantwortung und kontinuierliche Optimierung
  • Definition von Lieferantenanforderungen und Auswahl in Zusammenarbeit mit dem strategischen Einkauf
  • Proaktive Akquise neuer Lieferanten mit Fokus auf Herstellbarkeit und Prozessstabilität
  • Einkaufsverhandlungen und Entscheidungen zur Auftragsvergabe in Zusammenarbeit mit den Projektleitern
  • Sicherstellung der termin- und qualitätsgerechten Lieferung von Vorserienteilen


Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projekteinkauf für mechanische Komponenten im technischen Umfeld
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise SAP
  • Technisches Verständnis und hohe Affinität für technische Komponenten
  • Fähigkeit und Freude zur Arbeit im agilen Entwicklungsumfeld
  • Kostenbewusstsein und Freude an der Verantwortung für Produktkostenoptimierung
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen im globalen Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
