RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Carry out feasibility studies and financial / cash flow analysis on residential / industrial / commercial property acquisitions
  • Ensure that the location of the estate is fit for purpose and drives strategies and opportunities to maximize the return from the use of that location and shape the future of the estate portfolio
  • Obtain and analyze real estate market information and property data, as well as credit materials
  • Assist to formulate and implement acquisition/disposal strategies and propose the business plan to the senior management
  • Explore and identify potential buyers for disposal projects
  • Handle valuations of different types of properties for various purposes

REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Surveying, Real Estate Finance, Property Valuation or related disciplines
  • 5 years' post qualification in HKIS/RICS or relevant professional membership preferably in General Practice Division
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in investment property with disposal, valuation and direct acquisitions experience in Industrial / Commercial / Real Estate sector
  • Strong financial modeling skills and business acumen
  • Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of English and Cantonese including Mandarin
