Our client a global leading solar farm manufacturer-independent integrated developer are looking to bring on a QHSSE Coordinator for their HQ in Berlin. QHSSE Coordinator duties and responsibilities:
* Manage Health, Safety, Social and Environmental (HSSE) tasks in projects all around the world, from development through construction to operation and maintenance
* Work in project-oriented teams supporting the project manager in HSSE topics
* Contribute input to projects' Risk Assessments, preferably electro-technical knowledge
* Contribute to the drafting of HSSE sector and thematic guidance notes for further orientation, assistance and interpretation for the application of standards by Company staff and external subcontractors
* Manage and work closely together with external HSSE-Consultants for specific projects/markets
* Drafting and implementing management certifiable systems, including quality compliant documentation (e.g. ISO 9001/45001/50001, SCC)
* Organize internal and external training and awareness-raising events as needed for all staff including management

QHSSE Coordinator desired experience:
* Master degree in electro-mechanical engineering or related field, preferably with knowledge in solar power and/or High Voltage systems
* Practical skills in managing third party (sub-contractor) HSSE
* Deep understanding of occupational health risks and safety involving civil/construction, mechanical and electrical works
* Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English, additional languages are a plus
* Driver's license B
* Ability to travel frequently also to developing countries
