EPC Quantity Surveyor
  • Main : Management for EPC Contract and interface work with the Client, project team and external parties
    • Responsible for all contractual activities as a Quantity Surveyor / Contract Manager to Project Management Team on contractual matters, and develop creative solutions to contractual issues (such as Extension of Time, Change Order , Variation, Claim and others)
    • Responsible for preparation for Variation/Claims Avoidance
    • Responsible for managing potential variations and claims from inception to avoid disputes and process resolution and settlement of same in a timely manner
    • Responsible for review for progress status reports, internal briefs on variations / claims regarding contractual entitlements, cost and schedule impact analysis, maintain variations/claims log/ dossier and lead with fact finding to support relevant defense of such matters
    • Responsible for maintain Variation/ Claims Log/Dossier with relevant correspondence, records and documentation (facts)
    • Responsible for other Contractual matter (attend the progress meeting, prepare the meeting memo and others, Managing Reimburse Cost)

  • Management for Subcontract, Purchase Order and Proposal (RFP) Packages
    • Responsible for review and advice for issued Letter of Intents / Letter of Award / Purchase Order
    • Responsible for performing lead in all aspects of the subcontracting and purchase order for procurement process
    • Responsible for review EPC Subcontract and Purchase Order pre-ward tender terms and conditions, cost and schedule to identify conformance with Prime Contract and Company Policy and Procedures
    • Responsible for recommendation for award and signature approval, conduct Subcontractor/Vendor kick-off meetings, monitor Contract performance and manage compliance with contractual commitments
