Maintain good and effective working relationships with fellow staff, the staff from the client and key suppliers for your project, taking a lead where appropriate in communication

Help deliver profitability, without significant WIP, at the levels expected of your project, through understanding and managing costs, and maintaining good records for appropriate recovery of costs from clients and subcontractors

Take ownership of cost and production controls, including reconciliations on your project or section, managing and supporting the production teams as required

Support the commercial teams in securing maximum sustainable value from contracts, and in managing subcontractors firmly and fairly

Confront waste and poor management of resources

Able to work unsupervised, managing all aspects of Subcontractor accounts

Able to work unsupervised to prepare interim valuations and final accounts

Prepare monthly regional CV and forecast reports

Compile Project specific commercial issues for reporting and presentation at Client progress meetings

Compile, submit and agree the financial effects of variations

Work with the project operational staff to ensure that the profitable and commercial aspects of site decisions are understood
