What's the role?

  • Manage and retain a team of 5+ staff, identifying future talent and nurturing it to fruition
  • Accountable for developing and contributing to the success of the team members
  • Conduct regular appraisals with team members in line with company process
  • Generate ideas for incentives to enhance performance
  • Developing strategically key accounts, whilst winning new and important business for the company
  • Management of existing accounts and new business generation
  • Develop good working relationships with senior management
  • Dealing with difficult clients and candidates on behalf of more junior staff members
  • Assist in communicating and reinforcing team and business strategy interlay, fostering a spirit of team work through own enthusiasm
  • Building collaborative relationships with candidates, clients and peers

Who are we looking for?

  • 3 years or more experience in a recruitment firm environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Results-oriented with consistent record of success in achieving objectives
  • Proven ability to drive consensus among multiple parties
  • Thrives in a fast pace environment
  • Individual who possess a strong commercial acumen
