What's the role?
- Manage and retain a team of 5+ staff, identifying future talent and nurturing it to fruition
- Accountable for developing and contributing to the success of the team members
- Conduct regular appraisals with team members in line with company process
- Generate ideas for incentives to enhance performance
- Developing strategically key accounts, whilst winning new and important business for the company
- Management of existing accounts and new business generation
- Develop good working relationships with senior management
- Dealing with difficult clients and candidates on behalf of more junior staff members
- Assist in communicating and reinforcing team and business strategy interlay, fostering a spirit of team work through own enthusiasm
- Building collaborative relationships with candidates, clients and peers
Who are we looking for?
- 3 years or more experience in a recruitment firm environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Results-oriented with consistent record of success in achieving objectives
- Proven ability to drive consensus among multiple parties
- Thrives in a fast pace environment
- Individual who possess a strong commercial acumen
