The individual should possess the following skill-sets and attributes: 1. Possess strong interaction and interpersonal skills. 2. Possess good verbal and written communication skills. 3. Is bi-lingual in both Chinese and English language. Additional Asian language will be advantageous. 4. Possess good analytical, selling and negotiation skills. 5. Is methodical in analyzing and solving issues/problems. 6. Able to work independently. 7. Willing to travel up to 50% 8. Able to handle and manage confidential information. 9. Is IT savvy and proficient with Microsoft Excel, Power-Point and Word. SUMMARY In this position, the job holder is required to liaise, interact and communicate with: 1. SAP & Global Sales & Marketing Team. 2. SAP Supply Chain & Customer Care Team. 3. SAP & Global Technical Team. 4. SAP Finance Team. The employee working in this position is expected to resolve these major problems: 1. Grow sales and profitability for the organization in the sales region assigned. 2. Seek out and develop New Businesses. 3. Manage and maintain good business working relationships with the Distributors and Channel Partners. 4. Manage and maintain good business working relationships with Direct and Key Accounts. When job tasks are done well, the key major deliverables are: 1. Meet or exceed planned Sales Revenue and Operating Profit. 2. New Business Development opportunities generation. 3. Direct Customers and Distributors / Channel Partners achieved full service satisfaction. 4. Have wealth of solid and concrete up to-date market information to formulate tactical sales strategies. 5. Have excellent feel and assessment of new markets and open opportunities for further business growth. Regional Sales Manager Uncontrolled Document 3 DUTIES 1. Management, support and development of Distributors and Channel Partners in assigned sales region to achieve sales revenue, volume and profit targets. 2. Responsible and accountable for Key Account Management (E.g. PPG, Nippon Paint, Kansai Paint, DIC, Siegwerk and others). 3. Collate and submit visit/call reports and to share such with global team through Microsoft Dynamics CRM. 4. Achieve personal work performance targets and project/task deadlines, as set out and agreed upon with immediate Supervisor. 5. Coordinate all Sales, Marketing, Logistics and Financial (Payment from Customer) activities in assigned sales region. 6. Coordinate Technical Service calls / visits in assigned sales region with SAP and/or Global TSD as and when required. 7. Provide sales forecast and demand review (using Outperform) on weekly basis. 8. Submit Monthly Sales report to immediate Supervisor highlighting sales performance and trend in assigned sales region. 9. Maintain active and healthy pipeline of business developmental projects and opportunities through Microsoft Dynamics CRM. 10. Participate in relevant and related tele/video conference calls and meetings. 11.
