Managing a team of 8 Sales Managers throughout the region which you will manage and be responsible for securing new business in Europe. You will be reporting to the Northern Europe Sales Manager and also to the local Product Group Manager too.
The roles and responsibilities will include developing new business and drive sales up with customers and distributors while maintaining key accounts with existing clients. Increase the quality of the sale and promoting and developing customer satisfaction to increase the company's already established reputation.
Qualifications and Experience Needed:
- You will have a minimum 5 years of experience from product sales for the transmission and distribution segment.
- At least one year in a leadership position, managing a sales team.
- Proven track record of building highly efficient teams
- A relevant Degree is , however, profound understanding of the market, technology and how to manage and lead a team is equally as valued.
