Regional Sales Manager - Robotic Automation
Salary: 40,000K - 50,000K OTE (DOE) + Car Allowance + Health Cover + Laptop + Mobile Phone + Pension

You will play a major part in shaping and evolving both the company and technologies to be the premier company within Automation and Robotics market place. They are a modern forward thinking business who believe trust and strong relationships are the key to their success.
Responsibilities of the Regional Manager Role:

  • Work with customers to design and sell high end customised Automation / Robotic systems to the Pharma, Biotech, Academia e.t.c industries

  • New business development is a pivotal part of this role

  • Strategically manage and develop existing accounts

  • Deliver company presentations and Robotic / Automation product demonstrations

  • Build the brand and create awareness in the market of these novel Automation systems

  • You would attend conferences and exhibitions

Essential Knowledge and Skills for the Regional Manager Role:

  • A genuine hunter personality, who loves sales and identifying and converting new client accounts

  • Degree in Robotics / Engineering / Automation

  • Currently working in a Business Development Executive, Sales Specialist, Account Manager, Applications Specialist, Product Specialist, Field Service Engineer or Technical Support Specialist role for Laboratory Robotics / Automation

  • At least 3 years proven successful experience selling Capital Equipment, ideally Automation / Robotics

  • The ability to discuss each product in technical detail with clients

  • A self-starter, able to work effectively both as a team member and individually.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and oral)
