Mentor junior engineers in renewable control system application design and commissioning. Prepare and maintain engineering plans and schedules. Identify opportunities for product and process improvements. Foster and maintain strong customer relationships. Monitor project financial performance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. 9+ years of experience in power generation control system applications. Expertise in renewable energy systems, power conversion, energy storage, PV, or power systems control. Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically. Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. experience in PV SCADA controls development and testing. Strong understanding of renewable resource operations and NERC Standards.
