  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales volume and projecting expected/potential sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Market plan for recommended product line for ROI, responsible for P&L / top line.
  • Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates.
  • Provide sales and product expertise to team members and follow up on activities, responsible for the trading for specific projects, new projects and tie-ups.
  • Communicate with the higher management and contribute in developing yearly budgets and targets.
  • Explore opportunities for new projects, additional product line and development; assigning resources for the same and managing the project end to end.
  • Responsible for Product range diversification -
  • Identify what the company can manufacture, giving inputs to the Technology team to design the product.
  • Responsible for Tendering from government & other institutions
  • Formulate and execute innovate marketing and communication plans to promote the company and its product - Catalog Design & specification sheets.
  • Identify & working with agents in different countries for promotion of products.
  • Carry out extensive Business Development activities by representing the company at trade association, trade bodies, meetings and exhibitions to promote product.
  • Oversee the process of data management and report generation.
  • Managing the receivables of payments & sale.
  • Define and determine the credit policy and terms
  • To coordinate with Production team for monthly production plan.
