Sales and Business Development Manager duties and responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain customer relationships in the offshore wind market.
- Create new opportunities for the company.
- Maintain the profile of the company in its market, from the existing agreements to the sale of resources.
- Develop sales strategy, in accordance with other departments.
Sales and Business Development desired experience:
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English, fluency in German is an advantage but not crucial
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
- Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Effective problem identification and solution skills.
- Proven analytical and organizational ability.
