Manage the sales and profitability of the Energy business in Belgium


Drive sales growth and profitability
Ensure the integrity and efficiency of the Transactional and Solutions Business Models
Responsibility for the allocated segments for Energy Business as End user and relevant intermediaries for following Customer Markets :Utilities (Power generation &Distribution) Oil & Gas, MMM, and the Global Accounts.
Manage Sales: both direct and indirect (allocated costs)
Act as KAM for Key Utilities players

Strategy development and deployment: overall responsibility for the formulation of Energy business strategy for Belgium by implementing the Business Guidelines of the Group Strategy
Development of effective sales methodologies and processes

Market selection, programs, tactics, pricing
Development and execution of a process to manage pipeline opportunities
Lead and manage the people, growing talent to ensure we have the appropriate competencies and expertise to meet current and future business goals and priorities
Development and implementation of a high performance sales culture

Customer Relationship Management : Ensure customer intimacy with relevant customers (e.g. utilities, end-users, Panel builders, prescripters, contractors..)
To manage close relationship (agree on 4p of marketing Mix) with other BU /FO on delegated Customers such as Buildings, light industries, infrastructures and relevant intermediaries as well as all diffused markets.
Promote cross-selling and global solutions including all domains to our customers in the Energy market
Build business value among customers through taking a leadership position in energy management
Take and maintain a leadership position in the relevant product areas
