Maximise the sale of the Gas and Processing spare parts and service solutions with profitable growth.
Implement effective Aftermarket sales strategies and assisting the Regional Aftermarket Sales Manager - GAP to execute the sales activities into achieving the Aftermarket sales objectives and target for Indonesia.
*Perform SWOT analysis for the assigned market, collect information about competition, potential market volume, current market share and customers' feedback.
*Aggressively exploit the territory to identify new target customers and new sales opportunities.
*Maintain highest possible customer relationship through proactive sales management strategy with regular and scheduled customer contacts & visits
*Plan and organize sales activities, solution presentation…etc. to find out customer needs and transform opportunities to order. Report sales activities timely and accurately
*Cooperate with customer, collect customer's needs, analyze the application and provide solution to satisfy customer with values.
*Build, maintain, broaden and strengthen good relationship with customers.
*Cooperate with various Gas & Processing Product Companies to provide timely information and feeedback to customers.
*Preparation of Service and Parts Quotations and subsequent activities to full sales transaction.
*Compile and submit monthly reports on sales, lost orders and competition.
*Continuously improve job required competence, personality and behavior.
*Cooperate with Credit Department to improve the performance of receivables & overdue
*To act as customer main contact point in the absence of the SEA Aftermarket Sales & Product Support Manager - GAP in all sales related matters
- Preferable 2 years in technical service / after-market sales; fresh and non-experience with good working attitude will also be considered.
- Diploma / Certificate in technical / Marketing discipline
- Strong communication skills (English & Bahasa Indonesia)
- Strong market knowledge
- Service sales handling
- Customer Relationship / Retention skill
- Sales Presentation Skill
- Strong Product knowledge (technical knowledge on spare part and the product lines)
