An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager to join a division that has recently seen rapid expansion. The position will require you to source, target and win new business whilst retaining the already establish high- level relationships. Working within a defined strategy the successful Sales Manager will manage the entire sales cycle.

This role would ideally suit a Sales Manager who has high level sales within the Aerospace market

Sales Manager Requirements

* Established contacts and knowledge of the Aerospace market is essential
* Solid business development strategy
* Polymer, rubber and composites is ideal however candidates with extensive Aerospace experience will also be considered

Sales Manager Responsibilities

* Developing both existing and new market opportunities
* Building and maintaining high level relationships
* Make sales presentations, negotiations and regular sales reviews
*By taking a proactive approach build a thorough understanding of the competitive outlook and customers' requirements
* Build business cases for targeted elements of the sales pipeline
* Win sales and orders, obtain new contracts, meet (and exceed) sales targets and profit and growth objectives.
* Lead and coordinate successful negotiations with customers
* Establish and maintain good customer relationships, maintaining contact with them and arranging and attending meetings as required.
* Coordinate and lead the activities of others to satisfy customer needs.
* Develop and produce monthly, quarterly and annual sales/orders reports, key performance indicators and communicate within the business.
* Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure maximization of sales opportunities
* External liaison with customers will be a necessity
