Spencer Ogden are working with one of the World's leading inverter manufacturing companies to help find them a talented Sales Manager to drive growth across EMEA.
Our client has a well established business in mature European solar markets but is looking to expand their operations into higher growth areas including Turkey, North Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa. Our client is looking for the best talent on the market and is willing to pay a competitive salary/package to attract the best people.
The sales manager for the EMEA Region will be responsible for:
Maintaining and servicing existing customer accounts.
Developing leads and prospects and converting them to new customer accounts.
Market strategy research and analysis.
Act as a focal point for internal and external stakeholders during the sales process.
Representation of our clients company at industry events and trade fairs
Candidate requirements are as follows:
3-5 years' experience in sales and customer service, solar specific experience will be considered an advantage.
Excellent technical understanding of inverters and PV Systems.
Strong understanding of the solar project industry.
Established network of contacts in developers, EPC's and consultancies.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluent in English and German - written and spoken.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
