* Research customer needs and develop strategies to position the company's products and services successfully in Singapore
* Determining market strategies and goals for strategic accounts for the company's products and services in an effective manner
* Timely and responsive follow up on sales leads and develop targeted lead generation campaigns based upon specific market opportunity or industry solutions
* Maintaining up­‐to­‐date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that affect target markets
* Establish, collaborate, develop and maintain industry or other business segment contacts that lead to sales and robust pipelines
* Work with sales support and staff to design compelling sales presentations and demonstrations as validation and confirmation with the prospect to ensure consistent sales performance
* Mentor and develop skills of peers that may be assigned specific vertical responsibilities
* Develop and deliver sales presentations to close sales in a professional and effective manner
* Developing sales and marketing proposals for customers on the company's products and services
* Making presentations and developing relationships with end users, decision makers and C­‐Level Executives
* Provide product feedback and enhancements required to penetrate new markets or accounts
* Maintaining up­‐to­‐date awareness of activities, industry trends and government regulations
* Develop Mutual Action and Close Plans to negotiate and finalise contracts
* Participate in sales forecasting and planning in an effective manner
* Researching, developing and maintaining long and short‐range sales and marketing plans
* Maintaining an up­‐to­‐date awareness for strategic plans and procedures to coordinate market plans
* Monitoring, analysing and communicating sales data via to contribute to product/service planning
* Accurate weekly 90-­day forecast: 30 days within 10%, 60 days within 20%, 90 days within 30%
* Develop and maintain communication in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers
* Communicating openly, honestly and constructively
* Treating all employees and customers with dignity, respect and courtesy
* Taking responsibility for and making every effort to resolve communication trust and respect concerns and problems
* Perform other job related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time


* Develops corporate contacts and cultivates relationships at all levels that enhance our position within the account that leads to new or incremental business opportunities
* Develop and drive targeted campaigns and activities to generate sales opportunities in the targeted vertical industry, market space or specific named accounts within region
* Travel to customer sites as needed to close opportunities and develop relationship with key personnel, decision makers and C-­‐Level Executives
* Evaluate the prospect's complex company initiative to develop an optimal sales strategy and proposal that is priced to value that drives business growth and differentiates our solution while creating obstacles for our competition along the way
* Prepare quarterly Territory Reviews for strategic accounts based upon short and long term goals
* Mentor and help develop skills of peers that may be assigned specific vertical responsibilities
