I am seeking a UK Account Manger to join a leading manufacturer for HV Cable Accesories. Working alongside the UK Distribution Account Manager, you will develop business within the industrial market segments including: Rail, Renewable Energy, Power Transmission, Energy Storage
Complete market analysis and develop comprehensive business plans to catalyse revenue growth in the relevant market segments.
Create comprehensive market maps of the various segments and identify areas of opportunity and gaps in the TE offer.
Identify, build relationships and qualify key developers, consultants and decision makers for each of the segments.
Gain an understanding of the supply chain and the decision-making process for the various segments.
Identify new product development and manage through the internal product management functions.
Drive the specification, approval and preference for TE products relevant to each of the
targeted market segments with key decision makers.
Provide customer and competitor intelligence relating market conditions (price, new
developments, investments, etc).
Provide detailed market updates during internal Sales review meetings
Engineering Degree / HNC
5+ years' experience within account management/sales/business development, ideally in relevant sectors
Knowledge HV Cable Accessory Industry
Previous success in a Sales / Business Development role
Experience within any of the aforementioned market segments would be a significant advantage.
