The Role

Spencer Ogden is seeking a driven, organised, and collaborative individual to join our London team to help support our Renewables Contract division as a Business Support Coordinator.

The ideal candidates will use their passion for administration, recruitment and set the PACE in all aspects of their role. Specialising in business support within our programme accounts sector (renewables), they will be responsible for administration and working closely with our Associate Client Services Lead and Account Lead. Additionally, liaising with contractors.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance

  • Uploading documents to CRM system both internally and externally
  • Ensuring contracts are sent out correctly and in a timely manor
  • Quality control on all placements added to the system
  • Research country specific requirements regarding payments and taxes/Work permits and visas
  • Onboarding documents

Contractor Care

  • Ensuring all timesheets are in and signed on time
  • Payment/ locations issues
  • General inquires

About You

  • Experience in Administration, Compliance, and Coordination
  • Empathetic, naturally curious, and patient
  • Ideally a Bachelor's degree, however not essential
  • Strong communication, and listening skills
  • Able to show initiative and resilience
  • Collaborative and a team player
  • Must hold permanent working rights in the UK upon application
