SAP RTR Consultant

Location: Selangor, Malaysia

The Client

The role is for a reputable company in Malaysia. The role is open to local Malaysian only.  

Responsibilities:

  • Required to work closely with business users and stakeholders and responsible for the successful delivery of projects and change request as well as to grasp business challenges and propose improvements accordingly.
  • Coordinate/conduct for UAT and ensure sign off from the users are obtained.
  • Able to expedite SIT & UAT Testing. 
  • Able to perform Regression testing for common programs.
  • Support lead in managing the operations of AMS and resolve support tickets raised by company’s business users across the region.
  • Able to review authorization and where necessary, required to create task to provide access if new function.
  • In adherence to template process and policy, required to prepare Blueprint documents, Configuration document, Functional Specification.

The ideal candidate is someone who has skills and requirements such as:  

  • Experienced in working with GL/AP/AR customization and processes in FI including APP, New-GL & Documenting Splitting.
  • Comprehensive experience in FI/CO modules (GL, AP, AR).
  • Experience in Asset Management, Profit center and cost center accounting, intercompany transactions, CO-PA, report painter and report writer, expertise in product costing and material ledger.
  • 5 years of experience as CO & COPA consultant and good understanding on TDD.
  • Able to perform Root Cause Analysis and propose permanent solutions and propose Counter Measures for Business Continuity.
  • Resolve and close Incident, Service Request and Problems in adherence to SLA.
  • Knowledge on HANA will be an additional advantage.  
  • Well versed with MS Office applications for documentation.
  • Someone with a strong interpersonal skills.
