Senior Account Manager - Smart Grid / Demand Response - London - £Competitive

My client, a young, vibrant and exciting Smart Grid / Demand Response start-up, are looking for a Senior Account Manager to manage and develop a number of key commercial clients. The business have are innovators in the industry and are looking for an Account Manager with knowledge of electricity markets and B2B experience.

Senior Account Manager Responsibilities:

*Manage and develop Key Account plans for customers including stakeholder grids, competitor analysis and communication plans
*Develop process strategy within the business to escalate, track and solve customers' issues
*Regularly visit customers with engineering teams to develop relationships
*Develop and maintain strong active relationships with key client stakeholders
*Liaise with Contractors and partners to identify opportunities and develop business relationships

The Ideal Senior Account Manager:

*Relevant energy industry experience
*3+ years' experience in account management in the Industrial and Commercial space
*Exceptional communication skills
*Commercial Acumen
