Our client, a rapidly expanding company that is revolutionizing the energy industry is seeking a passionate and success driven Senior business and Operations Analyst R&D with a background in mechanical or electrical engineering. The Senior Business and Operations Analyst R&D will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer. This is a great opportunity to advance your career and impact green technology.

Responsibilities include and not limited to:

Coordinate all business documents or related processes, including but not limited to NDAs, on-boarding new consultants, and vendor agreements
Find new technology-related vendors in select areas, conduct background company research, expedite agreements, and aid project/program management in obtaining budgetary pricing and lead times
Place PO's with vendors working with Smart Wires' purchasing group, expedite delivery of R&D parts, and record transactions in Accounting system or equivalent
Manage parts lists and bills of materials as directed by program management or the CTO
Prepare professional-looking PowerPoint slide decks for management meetings, design reviews, investor presentations, and recording and distributing notes and action items
Coordinate and manage key workstreams, including coordinating vendors and consultants (project coordination and management) working closely with the Senior Project Manager
Prepare background data and presentations to support Sales/Solutioning proposals, often with tight deadlines and global coordination of Smart Wires resources
Create and manage schedules, key meetings, and reminders (as required) for CTO
Coordinate and conduct multi-day conferences with industry luminaries, professors, consultants, and Smart Wires associates
Other duties as assigned by the CTO

Required Skills
BA or BS degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
5-10 years managing and coordinating projects or programs
Substantial experience with technology, engineering, and high tech companies
Strong proficiency with all MS Office applications
Fantastic time management skills, and multi tasking skills
Thrives in entrepreneurial culture

Preferred Skills

MBA from an accredited, renowned university
MS in Engineering
