Senior Construction Manager - Wind Farms
Remote/ Travel

Leading Construction Company is seeking an experienced Onsite Construction Manager to join their team to work on new wind farm projects.

*Responsible for providing leadership on the projects along with being responsible for all functions of a construction manager and superintendent duties.
*Overseeing all areas of safety to ensure processes are being followed to prevent any onsite accidents.
*Responsible for leading and overseeing all managers, employees and subcontracts on the construction sites.
*Scheduling and planning the project work along with delegating duties among the employees and subcontractors.
*Overseeing the progress of the project to ensure that the projects will be completed on time and constructing changes when needed to ensure the efficiency of the project work.
*Managing the project budget and labor costs to guarantee project will be completed within budget.
*Responsible for knowing company's policies and state & government laws to ensure that project work is performed within guidelines and codes.
*Interviewing and hiring responsibilities for new full-time employees along with conducting performance reviews.

*At least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related fields.
*Must have experience working on new wind farm construction projects.
*7+ years' experience in a management position.
*Must have strong knowledge with health and safety when it comes to construction sites.
*Must have the capacity to supervise and manager large construction crews.
*Knowledge with best practices with tools, machinery and processes & procedures.
*Experienced working with budgets and scheduling.
*Must have experience with Microsoft Office including Excel Spreadsheets.
*Ability to conduct and lead meetings along with being able to communicate with all levels of employees and subcontractors.
