Manage/ensure post event survey completion targets for select events (100+ per year)
Assist event project team members on completion of their survey targets and gaining better understanding of their customers through the process
Manage the division's Enterprise Survey Monkey account and related system tools
Develop and maintain training materials as they relate towards the overall customer insights objectives
Perform and supervise ad-hoc and specialty research projects as they arise
Contribute to the department's overall initiative and goal to provide support and learning across the company and contribute towards overall department functions and internal events


College degree with minimum 3 years working in a marketing research, data analysis, or similar type of role
Experience on constructing, fielding, and interpreting surveys and questionnaires with systems such as Survey Monkey or Fluid Survey
Understanding of statistical and quantitative data analysis and reporting
Strong proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin are a MUST (spoken Cantonese and written traditional Chinese are not required)
High degree of organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives with poise
Collaborative and "people-oriented" demeanor with positive, "customer-focused" personality
High proficiency in computers and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience within the events industry and marketing in particular a plus
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Executive
