The candidate will be asked to take on many responsibilities due to the rapid growth and size of the company. It is a fast paced, dynamic environment that requires a person that can handle multiple responsibilities along with effectively working with the various groups inside the company.


* Provide the cyber/OT domain expertise in collaboration with a strategic partner for initial Incident Response engagements
* Begin to build the framework process and documentation required for a comprehensive Incident Response assessment offering
* Conduct event simulations with customers to execute Incident Response action plan
* Participate in pre-sales discussions to help scope level of effort and configuration for deploying Cyber Security offering in the client's environment
* Work with existing members of the Services & Support Team to share cyber security experience in building implementation process for Cyber Security offering
* Become key contributor in monitoring various security communities for identification of new threats and attack vectors to help prioritize software changes to the product

Working Skills & Experience:

* Prior experience working of working for a utility or consulting firm in the power industry
* 7+ years of experience in security for power grid systems
* Experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC) environment
* Ability to effectively communicate with customers at all levels of an organization including C Level contacts
* Proven ability to lead and influence across and up during business impacting events
* Demonstrated outstanding customer satisfaction results and feedback on all implementations delivered
* Strong project management skills along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

Qualifications & Technical Skill Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
* Relevant security knowledge and experience in two or more
* Demonstrated experience with using and/or implementing SIEM technologies
* Expertise and administration level knowledge of intrusion detection applications
* Documented experience in handling cyber incidents and response in production critical environments
* Experience in working with and supporting Linux based systems
* Hands on experience of administering and maintaining Dell Servers
* CISSP certification is preferred, other relevant certifications considered; CEH, GCIH and GIAC
