*Key contributor to the understanding of the business and financial performance of the company. Provides analysis and insights to management for decision-making support.
*Run, enhance and monitor financial reporting. Analyze and interpret financial impact of alternative decisions on the profitability of product lines and businesses.
*Participate in preparing long-term strategic plans for the Company, as appropriate.
*Provide financial insights based on moderately complex financial analysis.
*Assist in interpreting financial and business results of the Company to develop an information base for future managerial action.
*Improves the reporting of key performance indicators across the enterprise (the "Business Insight" initiative) by designing methodology, implementing dashboards, using collaborative tools, automating reporting production and improving data quality. Leads the enterprise to be even-more data-driven.
*Conduct financial analysis utilizing and developing cash flow spreadsheet models, as well as other analysis tools, to support incremental business and investment decisions. This includes DCF, NPV, and IRR as well as other types of analysis.
*Work with department managers and management team to maintain accuracy of expense forecasts and monitor costs.
*Provide financial & analytical support to functional leaders and program leaders to ensure understanding and accuracy.


*Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or other related field (Master's degree in a related area as the equivalent of 2 years of experience)
*Good knowledge of accounting and financial concepts, including budgeting and forecasting best practices, as well as data management and analytics
*Strong financial analysis background
*Employer will accept a

*Strong analytical and communication skills
