Senior Landscape Architect - Brisbane

Drive strong design outcomes from project inception to completion
· Demonstrate high levels of skill in design/documentation
· Manage multiple projects
· Liaise with clients and consultants
· 'Hands on' leading of projects from concept to construction
· Manage project financials and team juniors

You will have an understanding of the specific components of medium to large scale projects from concept design through to detail design. You will ideally have skills in concept development and communication, with the ability to lead highly motivated design and documentation teams from start to finish.

Key attributes

The following key skills and experience will also be required:

_Qualification in Landscape Architecture with 7 years post-graduate experience including a Senior Landscape Architect position, or a Landscape Architect with 3 years post-graduate experience
_Understanding of the specific components of medium to large scale complex projects from concept design through to detail design
_AILA registered - If not, we can help with this
_Revit experience would be a bonus (but not essential)
_Confident in putting forward new ideas and in developing design concept with others
_Ability to meet tight deadlines
_Detail design & documentation skills and experience
_Project management skills
_Demonstrated knowledge/experience in project delivery
_Client co-ordination and professional presentation skills

_Ability to work on cross-fuctional projects at the same time

_Capable of becoming an intergral Link between the top of the business and the less experienced workforce
