We are hiring a Senior Marketing Executive to take the lead in telling Spencer Ogden's story, globally. Driving Spencer Ogden's brand awareness and delivering high quality marketing activities to help improve our standing in the recruitment market. This role will play a pivotal part in the successful delivery of our external, customer focused marketing strategy.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Create and support marketing campaigns to support marketing team strategies
  • Work with our recruitment teams to understand their needs
  • Monitor results and feedback to Head of Marketing
  • Create and implement social media plans in-line with marketing strategies
  • By researching and using metrics, uncover insights to help maximise communication to target audiences
  • Devise and prepare insight reports for the head of Marketing
  • Serve as a thought leader for marketing, branding and comms for their area of business
  • Manage the graphic design role and creative provision of the business
  • Work with our internal talent teams to support the businesses internal recruitment strategy
  • Draft marketing content in accordance with marketing strategy
  • Work on improving and monitoring the candidate journey
  • Work with and manage third party agencies to support ongoing projects and websites
  • Update and manage social media platforms
  • Be a brand ambassador to encourage utilisation of our social media platforms driving engagement from targeted audiences
  • Attend industry relevant events to feedback on the latest developments in the industry


Essential Skills

  • Appetite for measuring results, tracking impact, proving effectiveness, and working with data
  • Demonstrable track record of working on and leading brand based creative projects
  • Social Media brand awareness
  • Creative eye and experience of working with creative agencies and/or in-house teams
  • Proven results of gaining growth in a marketing and/or communications role
  • Ability to produce ROI reports using data gained from recruitment teams
  • Strong time management, organisation, and planning skills
  • Strong English language skills with the ability to write and proofread copy for news, web content, and creative projects
  • Being reliable and adaptable to a broad range of marketing responsibilities
  • Being approachable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • To show commitment to company values in all aspects of your role
  • A positive can-do attitude
  • Ability to show initiative with a problem-solving mentality


Desired Skills

  • Experience in B2B marketing and or Energy sector
  • Experience in the recruitment sector
  • Experience with working with Broadbean and or Bullhorn.
  • Experience with the full adobe suite
