An Operations Manager must have strong problem solving skills, strong financial acumen, planning and project management experience, knowledge of building automation and construction projects inclusive of interpreting contract terms and conditions, years of progressive operational experience in building systems and services as well as experience in a lead or supervisory role with responsibility for the productivity and development of others. They must be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects at the same time, communicate professionally and effectively and build and promote a strong and productive team environment.
