Our client is a multi-billion conglomerate headquartered in Hong Kong. They are involved is a wide array of businesses, including a commanding presence in the building & construction industry with their building product and materials distribution services.
Reporting to the Manager, you will be involved in the coordination and supervision of site work with customers and subcontractors. Together with the team, you will prepare AutoCAD drawings and sample board for tender submissions. You will conduct work measurements, payment applications, and variation order claims to the company's clients.
With product training, you will be responsible for all technical services to customers, including goods inspection, and solving technical issues on product installation.
This is a new headcount to the Project team where their business has seen continuous increase.
You must have at least 5 years' of practical on-site coordinating experience in construction or fit-out work. You should have a diploma or above in Buildings Studies or related fields. AutoCAD drawing skills are also required.
You should be fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, together with strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
