Our client is a tier A property developer in Asia Pacific that have excellent reputation in the market. They are now working on one of the largest mixed-use and hotel projects in Asia.
The successful candidate will be reported to the Head of Engineering. The incumbent will be responsible for resolving engineering issues that affect the progress of work, monitoring and coordinating consultants and contractors, preparing documents and reports, sourcing suppliers and other assigned tasks.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
You will be the key person to monitor and supervise consultants in developing HVAC design, preparing technical specifications, and tender packages and performing site supervisions. You will be the leader managing subordinates in completing their assignment. You will be reviewing and commenting on consultants' submissions including engineering design, design report and technical report. You will communicate closely with the Design Team on new/ modified designs on the project. You will work closely with other teams in resolving key engineering issues that may affect the master plan.
REQUIREMENTS
You should acquire a high diploma or degree holder in mechanical engineering or building services related subjects. You should have at least 20 years' experience in building services engineering with specialized experience in HVAC Engineering. You should be track record in handling large scale building projects such as hotel, commercial, residential, resort and mixed-use projects.
