Qualifications: Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, environmental science, land use planning, business, or a related field.Demonstrate a track record in developing large-scale infrastructure projects within the energy sector, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in renewable project development, preferably in the solar and/or wind industry, and 4+ years in real estate development, environmental consulting, or engineering management within infrastructure projects.Showcase strong analytical skills and a keen business acumen.Exhibit a self-driven work ethic and the ability to lead, particularly in a development role overseeing multiple projects or transactions concurrently.Display excellent communication and negotiation skills, enabling relationship building with both internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.Proficiency in various computer applications (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Google Earth, Adobe, etc.).Adaptability to thrive in an entrepreneurial organization.Intermediate-level experience in real estate, public speaking, permitting, market assessment, contractual negotiations, and commercial agreements is advantageous.
