Service Delivery Manager

About

One of the fastest growing technology company in SEA. As a result of continued growth, our client is looking for a Service Delivery Manager who provides expertise in the management of on-going service management, including incident and status reporting, across our client base. You will effectively manage the day to day Service Department operations, ensuring profitable growth.

Purpose

  • Managing the day-to-day activities of the team
  • Ensure SLA's are monitored and adhered to
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships and effective communication with the team
  • Using your excellent time management skills while managing different priorities and fostering relationships with key clients will see you succeed in this role

Capability

  • At least 6 years of total working experience with 3 years of Background and work experience in service delivery/ project management
  • Experience in managing staff
  • Experience in Java is preferred
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
  • A high level of self-motivation
  • A high level of attention to detail
