Wind Site Engineer

Location: Denver, CO

The Wind Analyst Engineer is responsible for overseeing and analyzing the data of wind conditions of prospect and current wind farm sites.

Responsibilities:

*Working with the development team to analyze the potential site areas to gather data and create reports on the current wind conditions.
*Gathering data to present to the team to help determine the likelihood that turbines would be able to be constructed at that site.
*Using tools, databases and multiple software to carefully analyze the data, identify errors and build accurate reports.
*Conduct onsite surveys and arrange meetings with the client to inspect the land area of interests along with examining the current measuring instruments that are in use.
*Assist the sales team with your technical knowledge and data research to help with ongoing sales pursuits.


Requirements:

*Bachelor's Degree or higher education in engineering
*Must have experience with the wind energy industry including extensive experience working with wind and weather conditions data.
*Must be open to relocating to Denver, CO if not already local to the Denver area.
