Spencer Ogden are partnering with a reputable renewable energy firm with a focus on PV in the LATAM region to find a Senior Project Manager to join their world class team.

Responsibilities:

*Guarantee the execution of the objectives of the projects, in time, cost and scope
*Plan and manage the approval of the project in terms of costs, capacities, necessary equipment, deadlines, etc.
*Manage and monitor the execution of the project, leading the work teams in terms of integration, scope, timing, costs, quality, people, communications, risks and purchases.
*Anticipate problems and remedy the deviations that may occur on the plot plan
*Facilitate communication between the different work teams involved in the preparation (procurement, logistics, finance, legal, suppliers) and execution of the work
*Ensure compliance with corporate standards in terms of safety, quality and environment

Requirements:
*Electrical engineer with specialization in project management.
*+10 years in the specific function and at least 5 years in energy projects (preferably renewable
*6 Sigma
*Knowledgeable of Mexico's good practices, local standards,
*Experience in construction, negotiation of EPC
*Profile of the highest level, not of experience only in the field / work
*Organization and orientation to results
* Good communicator ability to motivate work teams
*Available to travel
*Fluent in Spanish and English
