Spencer Ogden are seeking a customer facing manager with a key expertise in solution design and support, to be based in London.
We are working with a key player in the utilities sector who are growing rapidly. They are at the heart of the UK's energy and connected date sectors and provide expert consultative services to both the government, trade associations and regulators.
As the successful candidate you will provide 1st/2nd line support to their clients and provide and deliver solutions to their customers. This is a key role for the business to not only maintain their high standard and reputation, but will also help the business grow.
To be considered you will have the following background:
Have an interest in, or exposure to, the UK retail utilities industry, preferably electricity, gas or smart metering.
- Proven planning and organisational skills
- Customer facing
- Can work under pressure and deliver within tight time-frames
- Knowledge and basic skills in SQL queries to analysis
- Background in Big Data would be an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
